Frequently Asked Questions
To become our partner, please complete our signup form with your basic details. After review, we will ask for your distance pricing, and then we will set up a contract and provide you with access to a private dashboard.
We require fleet to be no older than 5 years, including, Volkswagen Passat & Mercedes Vito as Economy options, Mercedes E-Class & V-Class as business class options and Mercedes S-Class as a premium class vehicle.
Booking requests are sent to you via email and through the "Requests" section in your private partner portal. You can then quote the fare based on distance and vehicle type. If the client accepts your quote, the booking will be assigned to you and confirmed through email or WhatsApp.
Customers may make changes or cancellations up to 12 hours before pickup time. Any updates will be communicated to you, and you are expected to proceed with the revised details. For changes or cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup, additional compensation from the client will apply, which will be passed on to you. Cancellations within this timeframe will not be eligible for a full refund.
In the event of a client no-show, you must provide live GPS screenshots, a location picture, and your call/message logs to demonstrate attempts to contact the client. Upon review of these proofs, you will receive payment for the quoted fare of the ride.
You will receive payment for successful bookings via a monthly payout directly to your designated bank account.
No commissions or deductions will be applied to your quoted fare.
