General Provisions
www.limouservice.com is a property of a registered company in Germany with VAT ID DE278384369 & registered office address Pommernstr 3 65428 Ruesselsheim enables its users to book transportation services thru its online platform. Limou Service offers transportation arrangements for users thru the pool of agents/organizations who are boarded with us with a different agreement with our company. Any confirmed transfer with us will be served by suppliers and users shall enter into a contract with the supplier directly but not with the Company. By making a booking with us, you or any other person acting on your behalf, confirm that you guys have read these Terms and Conditions. The first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that he/she:
- Read these Agency Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them;
- Is over 18 years of age;
- accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking.
Contractual Agreements:
Limou Service does not itself provide the transportation services, it arranges the transportation service thru Suppliers/Partners. Your booking is confirmed and a contract between you and the Supplier/Partner will exist. We do not guarantee to successfully allocate a Supplier/Partner to every booking request. In the unlikely event that we are unable to allocate a Supplier/Partner to your booking request we will email you to advise you as soon as possible.
Customers' Responsibilities:
Clients declare that credit or debit cards used for making the booking are owned by them, and they must notify us as soon as possible of any modification in the booking details. Clients have to provide necessary documentations for crossing borders. Clients are responsible to check the established pick up tim and make sure they arrive at the airport, station or port with enough time to check in. It is client’s responsibility to provide complete and correct direction for the collection and destination points at the time of booking. Customers need to inform the company about any improper behaviour of suppliers, demand for extra money, etc.
Our Responsibilities:
Our responsibilities are limited to making the booking in accordance with your instructions. We will be liable only for those damages or losses that are a consequence attributable to our default or our negligence, and at most for the total amount paid by you. We cannot be held responsible in the events, including; extreme weather events, natural disasters, terrorism, accidents of third parties along the route of the transfer, police controls, extraordinary traffic congestion or strikes. We are not responsible for incidents that occur during the provision of the service, specifically illnesses, personal injuries or death, unless they are a direct consequence of our negligence.
The Booking process, Payments & Prices:
You must check all of the information which you provide us with at the time of booking to ensure it is correct. Once you have confirmed these details we will proceed to confirm the booking with the Supplier/Partner. The booking information that you provide to us will be passed on only to the Supplier/Partner, public authorities if required by them, or as required by law. Bookings’ payments can be made full in advance through online payment methods provided in the checkout page or cash to the driver during the transfer. If you choose to pay the driver, please ensure that you have the correct cash amount available, in local currency. We will also require you to provide valid payment card details at the time of booking and we reserve the right to charge you for the transfer service on behalf of the Supplier where you fail to make any payment at the time that it is due or where any amendment or cancellation fees are incurred. Please note that credit/debit card processing fees (%%) charged by our payment processing partner Mollie.com are non-refundable when you cancel your reservation.
We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. The price quoted on our website is the final price and no extra charges will be made to you if the information you provide on the time of booking is correct.
Extra Options, Services & Child Seats:
If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking, we & our Supplier/Partner will try best to provide it to you. Client is responsible for correctly providing all the information of the passengers at the time of booking, and must disclose child’s age in case of traveling with children. Note that our Suppliers/Partners will provide child / baby seats if requested whenever possible, child seats extras are not free and must be paid by you at the time of booking. In case of booking a vehicle with characteristics suitable for people with disabilities, must contact our customer service before booking any random vehicle.
Vehicles Standards, Luggage & Journey time:
The chosen vehicle may be replaced by one of higher capacity/comfort or other vehicle with same capacity/comfort depending on availability. The images of the vehicle make and model shown on the quotation page are for illustration purpose only and neither we nor the Supplier/Partners guarantee that these exact vehicles will be provided by the Supplier/Partner
At the time of booking you must inform us of the luggage to be transported. It is not necessary to declare smaller luggage items such as cameras, handbags or small backpacks. The passenger will be responsible for any costs incurred in case of needing additional vehicles for the transport of undeclared luggage. The transport of luggage and other personal items is at client’s risk and nor Limou Service or our supplier will be liable for any damages or losses.
The distance and trip duration provided are for planning purposes only. Please note that factors such as construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may affect actual conditions. We recommend planning your trip accordingly.
Amendment, Cancellation Or Refund Policy:
Each of our Supplier/Partner’s allow you to cancel or make amendments without charge provided that you cancel at least 24 hours before the booked transfer pick-up time. If the Supplier/Partner needs to make a significant change to your confirmed Transport Arrangements or to cancel them, we and Supplier/Partner will try our best for alternative arrangements.
If alternative arrangement could not be arranged, full refund will be issued to the customer. No refund will be issued to the customer if customer doesn’t show up at the pickup location for any scheduled transfer. For any last minute changes before or during the trip, both customer and supplier needs to agree on it and the customer has to pay any additional amount in advance.
Complaints and Passenger Conduct:
Any dissatisfactory comments or remarks will be forwarded to Supplier/Partner to deal with. Complaints must be submitted within 28 days of the date that you used the services. Complaints must be reported to our customer service with all the necessary information, proofs to investigate the case.
Alcoholic beverages & smoking are not allowed in the supplier’s vehicles for consumption during the trip. This prohibition also applies to narcotics.
