We ordered airport pick up upfront for 2 adults / 2 toddlers and 4 suitcases (big van). The order process of the website does not work properly. Passanger numbers are along the process reduced to 1pax, special request like car seats deleted.Result: the order process online / website does not work as indicated.Then we were in contact vis WhatsApp appAnd could correctly send our request.They confirmed prompt and send confirmation for airport pickup.At the time we arrived in Frankfurt i reached out to the driver. He excused to be late 10-15 mins, which was ok for us. But when i asked specifically when he arrives at the terminal he said a time 40 mins later!So they asked us to wait additional 40mins for their A1 Airport Pickup!After 20mins waiting i tried to reach out again but noone took the call.After 30 mins i received a message, that they cancel the pickup and we should take regular taxi.Fazit: we were waiting over 30mins and then got a cancellation of the confirmed pick up.Worst experience ever and i can not recommend this company or their service!
